Seam Sight-C là thiết bị kiểm tra và giám sát đường ghép mí lon (double seam) hoàn toàn tự động của Hãng CanNeed, được sử dụng rộng rãi trong ngành đồ uống, thực phẩm đóng hộp và bao bì kim loại.
Giới thiệu chung
Seam Sight-C (SeamSight®-C) là hệ thống Full Automatic Seam Monitor, cho phép:
- Tự động định vị đường mí
- Đo và phân tích chỉ trong ~1 giây
- Hiển thị kết quả trực quan trên phần mềm
Thiết bị giúp loại bỏ sai sót do con người và nâng cao độ chính xác trong kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm.

- Đo độ dày mí (Seam thickness)
- Đo độ sâu countersink
- Kiểm tra độ kín (tightness)
- Phân tích:
- Chiều dài mí
- Body hook / End hook
- Overlap & overlap rate
- Khe hở mí (seam gap)
