Sonicheck-15 – UL-TECH

Sonicheck-15 là máy đo áp suất âm thanh siêu âm cầm tay, được sử dụng để kiểm tra tình trạng hoạt động và hiệu suất của các thiết bị tạo sóng siêu âm. Thiết bị đặc biệt hữu ích trong bể rửa siêu âm, giúp kỹ thuật viên xác định sự suy giảm áp suất âm thanh và phát hiện sớm vấn đề của hệ thống.

Thông số kỹ thuật chính

Các thông số trên được đối chiếu từ catalogue UL-TECH; vì vậy chúng đáng tin cậy hơn một số trang bán hàng đang ghi Sonicheck-15 như sound level meter 30–130 dB.

Ứng dụng

Sonicheck-15 phù hợp cho:

• Kiểm tra bể rửa siêu âm: đo áp suất âm thanh trong dung dịch.
• Bảo trì thiết bị siêu âm: theo dõi định kỳ để phát hiện khi công suất/áp suất siêu âm suy giảm.
• Kiểm tra transducer và hệ thống phát siêu âm.
• Đánh giá tình trạng hoạt động của các hệ thống ultrasonic cleaning trong sản xuất.
• So sánh mức áp suất siêu âm giữa các vị trí trong bể để tìm vùng hoạt động yếu.
