MSK-510-1024 là dòng encoder quay incremental đến từ hãng SUMTAK, được thiết kế để cung cấp tín hiệu phản hồi chính xác cho các hệ thống điều khiển chuyển động.
Sản phẩm thường được sử dụng như một giải pháp thay thế tương thích với các hệ encoder của HEIDENHAIN trong nhiều ứng dụng công nghiệp.

Nguyên lý hoạt động
Encoder sử dụng đĩa mã hóa quay theo trục. Khi trục quay, cảm biến sẽ tạo ra chuỗi xung điện (A, B) lệch pha để xác định hướng quay và tốc độ. Tín hiệu Z đóng vai trò điểm chuẩn (home), giúp hệ thống xác định vị trí gốc.
