Giới thiệu chung

Danfoss EKE 347 Liquid level controller là dòng controller thế hệ mới thay thế cho EKC 347, được thiết kế để điều khiển và giám sát mức chất lỏng trong các bồn, bình hoặc thiết bị của hệ thống lạnh công nghiệp.

Thiết bị kết nối với cảm biến mức (thường là radar dẫn hướng AKS4100) để đo liên tục mức chất lỏng, sau đó điều khiển van điện hoặc van solenoid nhằm duy trì mức cài đặt.

Ứng dụng chính

EKE 347 được sử dụng để điều khiển mức trong:

• Bình chứa bơm (pump reservoirs)

• Bộ economizer

• Bình tách (separators)

• Bình ngưng (condensers)

• Bộ làm mát trung gian

• Bình chứa môi chất (receivers)

Nguyên lý hoạt động

• Nhận tín hiệu mức 4–20 mA hoặc 0–10 V từ cảm biến mức.

• Bộ điều khiển xử lý tín hiệu bằng thuật toán điều khiển.

• Xuất tín hiệu:

  • Analog: điều khiển van motor ICM

  • Digital: điều khiển van solenoid
